First blog post of 2019!!

Who am I kidding, this is my first blog post EVER. Shame on me, I know!! But hey, better late then never!!!

I can’t think of a better way to start my blog than with this sweet lifestyle session of this Utah family from the end of 2018, and one of my favorite sessions of all time. I may be a little biased because I love this mama, and we go way back. Jesse is an amazing mama and she loves her babies fiercely all while running her own business that you can check out here.

We chose to use this downtown Ogden, Utah Venue, The Fifth Floor. It’s dreamy! There are endless options for shooting here and there is so much natural light! Every photographers dream!!!

This mama has killer taste!!! She nailed all the outfits, and let’s be real getting six people “picture ready,” isn’t an easy task. I’m not kidding when I say this-we talked and sent photos back and forth months before her session!! I can’t stress enough how important it is to plan in advance so you have time to try everything on and see it all together. I love when clients involve me in the pre-session planning. So if you have an upcoming session with me lets get coordinating those outfits together!!!!!

This puts us both on the same page for your session that way we don’t waste any of our valuable time together during your session. The day of the session we will have limited light and kids patience. I really value my sessions being fun and low stress. Part of how this is accomplished is through planning and communicating beforehand. This session was laid back and just that. This family has so much love. These boys adore sweet Sunny, being the baby with three older brothers certainly has its perks!!!
