My favorite photographs are ones that make me feel. The ones that take me back to that exact day and flood my mind with sweet memories.
I can remember what I felt watching my daughters play that day in the sand. I can hear their laughter. I remember how brave they were running into the ocean and racing back to me as the waves hit their feet. And how my littlest shrieks with joy mixed with fear as she reaches for me.
We never get these moments back. But to be able to travel back in time with a photograph is everything to me.
So get in the frame with your babies. So they too can see what we see.
